Now that you’ve ruled out does Aveeno Eczema Cream have steroids, you might be wondering what’s next.
How can I heal my eczema?
The first thing you need to do is to determine the root cause of your eczema.
Most Family Doctors don’t have time to do this for you.
They can provide you with a bandaid solution with steroid creams and antihistamines like Reactine.
But you can figure it out on your own.
The best place to start is to see if any particular food group is causing your eczema.
It could be dairy, gluten, and even excess sugar consumption.
Is it something in your detergent, perfume/cologne?
Are you allergic to something in your house like dust?
Once you rule these out, then it can become a bit more tricky.
